Buyers remorse? Not sure. So, as a courtesy to the customer, Lexus let the them return the vehicle. Lexus then put an extended warranty on it, covering the supposed problem. Per state laws, it now has what is called a branded title. This ES runs and drives amazingly and has NO issues.
